- Pay-as-you-go
After an intial audit so that we understand what you have, you can call up on us for any /all
IT issues that you encounter and we will endeavour to assist. If we have to come to site to
resolve an especially tricky problem then this is charged at fixed rates based on time and
materials used.
- Fix-on-fail
An annual support contract that provides peace of mind in the event that something fails
anywhere in your IT installation. We will arrange to fix it or provide a temporary replacement
to allow you to carry on working within an agreed timescale. You pay only for the materials
used to resolve the problem.
- All-inclusive
This type of contract usually provides for regular site visits by an engineer as well as
“fix-on-fail”. We undertake all your change requests as well as handling updates and other
housekeeping issues; meaning that you don’t have to allocate this responsibility to a
member of staff.
